One of my criteria set out is that the renovation has to be carried out part by part as we will be staying in while the renovation is on going.… Shun Yong took up the challenge. He listens and understand our constraints and needs and tried to accommodate them in his design and schedule. He ensured that the house is cleaned up and is in a livable condition at the of the day. We are very comfortable with him and even entrusted the whole house to him while we went away for holiday. He provides regular updates to the schedule and is prompt to arrange for any fixes/changes. There are many IDs out there that just give you a cookie cutter service using the same few tired designs and suppliers, but not Divine and Glitz. Despite the relatively… small quantum of our project, Shun Yong walked us through each and every detail of our home and made sure that nothing was not to our liking/preferences. Shun Yong also reads us well and was able to make excellent suggestions that suited our personalities and character, even though we could not see at first instance how his design recommendations were suitable for us. Shun Yong worked well with the suppliers we picked and his attention to detail extends to even things like how our wardrobe doors are finished and the knobs on our kitchen and toilet cabinets etc. After completion, Shun Yong also ensured that every single teething issue we identified in the home was rectified, and made us feel like he would only declare the project completed if we were fully satisfied.
